Personally, I keep involved in researching good products by reading various reviews, reading product description and trying to guess if the description is written accurately or not. As per my experience, most product descriptions are written a bit exaggeratedly. So, Optoma is not exclusive.
I do see that Optoma UHD60 has good features like 1.6x zoom, 3000 lumens brightness and native 4K resolution. However, in my view, these are just numbers. What matters most is the actual performance. About the brightness, I confirmed that brightness is good for a dark or light-on viewing. It may give you washed with washed images in a day-light environment. Further, I do see that the lamp life is advertised as a long-life lamp (up to 15000 hours) but, some users have complained about the lamp, so it may be that you have to replace the lamp as well.
