I recently got the ZDK 1080P WiFi/Bluetooth Projector (4K Supported), and I’ve been putting it through its paces. I wanted a projector for movie nights and maybe even some outdoor fun. Setting it up was pretty easy. I connected my laptop via HDMI and also tried the screen mirror feature with my phone. The built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are handy. I was able to stream videos directly and even connect my Bluetooth speaker for better sound. The projector’s fan isn’t super loud, which is a plus. The image quality is acceptable for indoor use. I projected onto a plain white sheet at first, and it worked surprisingly well. I did notice that the contrast could be better, especially in darker scenes. Also, the keystone correction helped me get a rectangular image even when the projector wasn’t perfectly aligned.
The ZDK 1080P WiFi/Bluetooth Projector (4K Supported) boasts 500 ANSI lumens, which is supposed to make it brighter. I tried it outside, but the brightness wasn’t enough during the day. It worked much better at night. I think this projector is best suited for indoor use or perhaps backyard movie nights when it’s dark. I’ve used it for streaming movies from my laptop, watching ESPN, and even playing my PS4. The image is clear enough for these activities. I haven’t tried connecting a TV stick yet, but I’m planning to. The projector is small and light enough to carry around, which is great for taking it on camping trips or to a friend’s house. I’m thinking of using it for a Christmas movie night with my family.
Overall, I’m fairly happy with the ZDK 1080P WiFi/Bluetooth Projector (4K Supported). It’s not perfect, but it’s a decent projector for the price. The picture is acceptable, especially for indoor use at night. I wouldn’t call it a “movie theater” experience, but it’s definitely fun for casual viewing. I’ve seen some reviews online, and some people had issues, but I haven’t experienced any major problems so far. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and I hope it lasts at least a year. I think it’s a good investment for someone who wants a portable projector for occasional use. I’m glad I didn’t fall for any scam projectors, because I did my research. I think it would be a great gift for a boy or girl. I used a command strip to hang a white sheet on the wall, and now I have a pretty decent screen. Scrolling through Facebook while projecting it on the ceiling is pretty cool too! Read more…
