I tried out the HUAOUNUO 4K Smart Projector, and it’s pretty good for home movie nights. Setting it up was simple. The auto focus and keystone correction made getting a clear, straight picture easy. I didn’t have to fiddle with settings much. The 1500 ANSI lumens made the picture bright enough, even with some light in the room. I played a 4K movie from my TV stick, and the HDR10+ made the colors pop. The Dolby Audio was a nice touch, giving the sound a fuller feel. I connected my phone via 5G WIFI, and streaming was smooth. I also liked that I could use it for presentations, as it handles PPT files. The 500-inch display is huge, but I mostly used it on a smaller screen. I think it would be fun for outdoor movie nights too, especially on a warm night. I didn’t test it on a swing, but it would be cool to use it while relaxing. It’s small and light weight. The video taken was shot before sundown, and while I was using a bed sheet as the backdrop(still waiting on our screen!). This is not a super bright projector, but it will present a viewable image in low light, and looks great in the dark. The auto focus and auto keystone work just fine.
