Before writing many good things of LG PF50KA projector, please allow me to write some of the prime weaknesses first. The main weakness is that its battery doesn’t last for a long time. It roughly lasts for 1.5 hours. I am saying this because many users have complained about its battery life. However, the product description says that the built-in battery has 2.5 hours battery life. Other than the low battery life, the LG projector does not perform very well in a well-lit environment. Therefore, you have to use this projector in a dark environment for the better picture performance.
Well, the main purpose of writing LG PF50KA Review is to give you a true picture of this product. Therefore, I wrote those two prime weaknesses. Other than the two weaknesses, most of aspects look fine to me. More importantly, I also have to consider the low price of the product. If I look at the prime features then I will find many good features including 1920 x 1080 pixels resolutions, LG Smart TV, Bluetooth and USB type-C connections and many others.
Personally, I will say that such projectors are perfect for a 100-inch display. Most importantly, being an LG product, it doesn’t cost much. You would be paying less than $600 price to obtain this unit that looks too impressive to me.
FHD 1080P Resolution
According to the manufacturer, if you watch at a 100-inch screen, you will be able to receive natural-looking pictures and clear texts.
As mentioned earlier, LG PF50KA has 1920 x 1080 FHD resolutions, which is widely very popular for the nature-like picture production. Of course, viewers will be able to see fine detail on the picture that they may not receive from the lower picture resolutions.
LG Smart TV
Well, LG PF50KA projector owner will access LG’s exclusive Smart TV platform for the fullest entertainment. More importantly, it is very easy to setup and navigate to access premium entertainment providers. For the fast and easy navigation, you can use the included remote control that makes the operation very easy. Please note that some services may change. Therefore, you may have to depend on some of the content providers for appropriate bandwidth. The viewers may have to subscribe premium content by paying extra.
In my view, LG Smart TV is an added benefit for those viewers who want to watch videos from various content providers but please know that some of them may be chargeable.
